Our 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is nicely furnished, fully equipped and only steps to the beach. Located in a less populated area you are sure to have the perfect getaway yet plenty of things to do. Experience the beauty of our beach, gathering shells, sharks teeth, Fishing or simply relaxing. At the extreme southern end is a state park and wildlife sanctuary.

The areas natural beauty has been safeguarded, providing a natural haven for a stunning array of wildlife. It is a favorite nesting area for sea turtles. Osprey, pelicans, dolphin and manatee are often seen. If you enjoy fishing, some of the best fishing is right off the beach.

The condo, nicely appointed is the first two bedroom unit from the gulf and offers a great view. The main living area, dining, kitchen and screened lanai hav e a wonderful view also. Convenient direct under unit parking for easy access. A storage room equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, toys and grill. Also included are beach towels and a cooler for your getaway. $900-$1400.00 week

With the exception of Christmas /New Years and Easter a two week minimum required. Rates are according to length of stay, season and number in party. Weeks are usually Sat. to Sat. Rates are subject to a $125.00 cleaning fee and required taxes. A Fully Refundable Security Deposit is also required.
