A second hall bath with tub is accessible from the living area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, micro, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and blenders for your favorite frozen concoction! A full size washer & dryer are in unit for your convenience also. Each bedroom along with the living room have wall mounted flat screen tv's. Hang out on our gorgeous patio looking out at the water searching for our local dolphins with comfy couches and chair-hight Adirondack style table and chairs. Our complex offers covered assigned parking, , elevator, a heated pool with jacuzzi, and a beautiful covered lanai with bbq grills for your use next to our private-locked bathrooms and outside shower.

A $500 deposit is required per week rented. Payment in full is required 30 days prior to rental. Deposit payments can be made with US bank drawn personal checks, cashiers checks, or money orders.-We do require certified payments for the remaining balance.
