This beautiful second floor, 2 bedroom Gulf side condo is just a stone's throw from 3 miles of Siesta Key's beautiful white sandy beach. No road to cross to get to beach. Take a swim in one of the two pools or try some tennis on a lighted court. The unit has granite countertops, and tile throughout (except bedrooms, carpeted). It's just steps to the beach and pool, tennis courts are nearby and parking is next to the unit.  Disney, Sea World & Busch Gardens are 2 hours away with plenty of golf, fishing and boating in the immediate area. Also nearby, shopping, theatre, arts & museums.

Cancellation fee up til 60 days prior, $150.00. Less than 60 days 50% of lease amount. Less than 30 days, no refunds. The rental includes electricity, water and sewer, cable television and internet service. Landlord shall not be liable for interruptions of utility services due to mechanical or electrical failure or any reasons beyond the control of Lessor or Broker.
