Check in time is 3:00 p.m. - Check out time is 10:00 a.m. A $350.00 deposit is due within 15 days of making a reservation. A full deposit will be returned pending inspection for damages. Balance in full is due 30 days prior to arrival date, and payable in U.S. funds. No refunds on cancellations made less than 45 days prior to scheduled arrival date. There will a 13% Florida sales and resort tax on total charges.
